Early clearing and leveling of the ground around the Aqua Stadium.   The excavation of the deepest section of the pool has been completed and fill dirt is being carted in   
  The concrete base of the pool takes shape.   This hopper bottom section is below ground level, with additional walls being constructed above to create the pools 16 foot depth for the dolphins and high divers
Some of the massive beams are in place to create the tiered seating around the pool as well as create the dressing rooms and water treatment facilities
Heavily reinforced wooden forms have been constructed to accept the massive weight of the thick concrete walls 
The walls at their finished height in the shallower back section of the pool where the dolphins are held during perfomrances
  The steel structure goes up around the pool.   The grandstand structure covers additional tanks used for salinization of the water.   The picture on the right shows the water holding tanks unseen by the general public    
  The stadium nears completion as opening day approaches.   The entrance ramps are in place but the exterior walls of the service areas have not been constructed
The final section of benches awaits installation of the colorful back sections, and the railings have not been installed
Almost ready for its debut, the pool is full of crystal clear water, and looks ready to house its new occupants.   The railings have been installed along with a sound booth where the show technician will provide the musical accompaniment for performances
